All have sinned.
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.Zirâ hame gonâh karde-and va az jalâl-e Khodâ qâser-and.زیرا همه گناه کردهاند و از جلال خدا قاصرند.
“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.”
The wages of sin is death.
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.Zirâ mozd-e gonâh marg ast, amâ mowhebat-e Khodâ hayât-e jâvidân dar Masih Isâ, Khodâvand-e mâ, ast.زیرا مزد گناه مرگ است اما موهبت خدا حیات جاویدان در مسیح عیسی خداوند ماست.
“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
Christ died for us.
But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.Amâ Khodâ mohabat-e khod-râ nesbat be mâ chenin neshân mi-dahad ke, hengâmi ke mâ hanuz gonâhkâr budim, Masih barâye mâ mord.اما خدا محبت خود را نسبت به ما چنین نشان میدهد که هنگامی که ما هنوز گناهکار بودیم مسیح برای ما مرد.
“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
Whoever believes in him should not perish.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.Zirâ Khodâ jahân-râ chonân mohabat kard ke Pesar-e yegâne-ye khod-râ dâd tâ har ke be u imân âvarad halâk nagardad, balke hayât-e jâvidân dâshte bâshad.زیرا خدا جهان را چنان محبت کرد که پسر یگانۀ خود را داد تا هر که به او ایمان آورد هلاک نگردد بلکه حیات جاویدان داشته باشد.
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
Believe in your heart and confess with your mouth.
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.Zirâ agar bâ dahân-e khod eqrâr koni ke Isâ Khodâvand ast, va dar qalb-e khod imân âvari ke Khodâ u-râ az mordegân bar-khizânid, nejât khâhi yâft.زیرا اگر با دهان خود اقرار کنی که عیسی خداوند است و در قلب خود ایمان آوری که خدا او را از مردگان برخیزانید نجات خواهی یافت.
“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”

Sin is not only an occasional mistake. It is our rebellion against God in thought, desire, word, and action. We have failed to love God and others as we should, and no one meets God’s holy standard.Gonâh faghat yek eshtebâh-e gâh-be-gâh nist. Gonâh sarkeshi-ye mâ dar barâbar-e Khodâ dar andishe, khâhesh, goftâr va kerdâr ast. Mâ Khodâ va digarân-râ chonân-ke bâyad dust nadâshte-im, va hichkas be me'yâr-e moqadas-e Khodâ nemi-resad.گناه فقط یک اشتباه گاهبهگاه نیست. گناه سرکشی ما در برابر خدا در اندیشه، خواهش، گفتار و کردار است. ما خدا و دیگران را چنانکه باید دوست نداشتهایم و هیچکس به معیار مقدس خدا نمیرسد.
Sin brings physical death and leaves us guilty before God. Apart from Christ, it leads to final judgment—the “second death”—under God’s just condemnation.Gonâh marg-e jesmâni-râ be-bâr mi-âvarad va mâ-râ dar barâbar-e Khodâ gonâhkâr mi-sâzad. Jodâ az Masih, gonâh be dâvari-ye nahâyi—«marg-e dovom»—dar zir-e mahkumiyat-e âdelâne-ye Khodâ mi-anjâmad.گناه مرگ جسمانی را به بار میآورد و ما را در برابر خدا گناهکار میسازد. جدا از مسیح، گناه به داوری نهایی—«مرگ دوم»—در زیر محکومیت عادلانۀ خدا میانجامد.
Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God who became truly human. He lived without sin, died in the place of sinners, was buried, and rose bodily from the dead.Isâ Masih Pesar-e azali-ye Khodâ ast ke be-râsti ensân shod. U bedun-e gonâh zendegi kard, be-jâ-ye gonâhkârân mord, dafn shod, va be-tor-e jesmâni az mordegân bar-khâst.عیسی مسیح پسر ازلی خداست که بهراستی انسان شد. او بدون گناه زندگی کرد، به جای گناهکاران مرد، دفن شد و بهطور جسمانی از مردگان برخاست.
Salvation is God’s gift. Morality, religion, baptism, church attendance, generosity, and personal reform cannot erase our guilt or earn eternal life.Nejât mowhebat-e Khodâst. Akhlâq, din, ta'mid, hozur dar kelisâ, bakhshandegi va eslâh-e shakhsi nemi-tavânand taqsir-e mâ-râ bartarf konand yâ hayât-e jâvidân-râ be-dast âvarand.نجات موهبت خداست. اخلاق، دین، تعمید، حضور در کلیسا، بخشندگی و اصلاح شخصی نمیتوانند تقصیر ما را برطرف کنند یا حیات جاویدان را به دست آورند.
Saving faith is more than agreeing that Jesus existed. It is relying on Jesus Christ—who he is and what he has done—as your only Savior and Lord. Repentance is turning from sin to God.Imân-e nejât-bakhsh faghat paziroftan-e in nist ke Isâ vojud dâsht. Balke tekiye kardan bar Isâ Masih—bar ân-ke u kist va ânche anjâm dâde ast—be-onvân-e tanhâ Nejât-dehande va Khodâvand-e khod ast. Towbe, bâzgashtan az gonâh be-suy-e Khodâst.ایمان نجاتبخش فقط پذیرفتن این نیست که عیسی وجود داشته است، بلکه تکیهکردن بر عیسی مسیح—بر اینکه او کیست و آنچه انجام داده است—بهعنوان تنها نجاتدهنده و خداوند خود است. توبه بازگشتن از گناه به سوی خداست.
No formula of words saves. Jesus Christ saves. Prayer is a natural way to confess your sin, call upon the Lord, and express repentance and faith in him.Hich tartib-e khâsi az kalamât nejât nemi-dahad. Isâ Masih nejât mi-dahad. Do'â râh-e tabi'i-ye eqrâr be gonâh, khândan-e nâm-e Khodâvand, va bayân-e towbe va imân be u ast.هیچ ترتیب خاصی از کلمات نجات نمیدهد. عیسی مسیح نجات میدهد. دعا راه طبیعی اقرار به گناه، خواندن نام خداوند و بیان توبه و ایمان به اوست.
Your assurance rests on Christ’s completed work and God’s promise, not on the strength of your feelings or the eloquence of your prayer. Jesus promised not to cast out anyone who comes to him.Etminân-e shomâ bar kâr-e kâmel-shode-ye Masih va va'de-ye Khodâ qarâr dârad, na bar shodat-e ehsâsât-e shomâ yâ fasâhat-e do'â-ye shomâ. Isâ va'de dâd ke hichkas-râ ke nazd-e u mi-âyad birun nakhâhad kard.اطمینان شما بر کار کاملشدۀ مسیح و وعدۀ خدا قرار دارد، نه بر شدت احساسات شما یا فصاحت دعای شما. عیسی وعده داد که هیچکس را که نزد او میآید بیرون نخواهد کرد.
